patterned after vintage workwear, each jacket is a unique design. each has been carefully inspected: holes and fabric defects are part of the design. garment is pre-washed. do not wash. fabric softens with wear.

each jacket consists of carefully selected kit bags, tarpaulins and surplus canvas, chosen for their unique graphics, usually hand-lettered by the soldier, and repurposing the straps, handles and rivets from the original kit bags.

our master tailor in Europe cuts and assembles each jacket individually, artfully placing the graphics, handles and straps of the original kit bag. the couture finish is evident in every detail. each jacket is then tweaked to perfection in our UK studio reviewing each unique design for style and functionality.
